*Sophisticated Magnet applied in Wind turbine and Automotive motor
Reviewing the history, Ketian devoted itself to the magnet technology research and innovation at the very early stage of its development. After decades of continuous efforts, Ketian succeeded to develop full series of magnet with low temperature coefficient and low weight loss to meet the stringent requirements for application in wind turbine and automotive motor. In return, Ketian’s magnet is highly reputable in domestic and overseas market. Furthermore, Ketian was also honored as the supplier for Chinese Government Wind Turbine Magnet Torch Project.
*Low heavy rare earth + High Coercive force Magnet
Through the persistent research on component formula and process technology, the micro-structure of magnet has been optimized and the particle size also been largely minimized. All achievements mentioned above make Ketian’s magnet much less reliable to the heavy rare earth material and, therefore, greatly reduced the magnet cost. For now, most of Ketian’s grades are free of or with much less heavy rare earth.
No Dy high performance magnet
*Extra large magnet size+Super high performance+High consistency
Through years’ experiments, Ketian is capable of producing high grade as 50M with dimension 170mm ≤ ɸ ≤200mm, 50mm≤ h ≤70 mm,magnet surface heterogeneity ≤5%.
Note: Magnet flux difference at place 1.2.3.4.5 is less than 5%.
Large piece of high performance blank magnets
*Low weight loss magnet
Based on the optimization of magnet structure and surface treatment,Ketian developed a series of magnets with weight loss less than 3mg/cm2 after HAST test (130℃,2atm,95% humidity). With core technology support from Ningbo Institue of Material Technology and Engineering (NIMTE) ,Chinese Academy of Science(CAS) Surface protection and Marine material application key laboratory, Ketian has finished the technology development of vapor deposition alumium plating, which has been used for production of high corrosion resistance magnet already.
